Not too many people are aware it's not spring until maybe late May in Maine, especially at Sugarloaf Resort. You may be tempted to get out your bike or other warm weather gear to experience the warm weather in March, but NOT in Maine. It's still "ski country" for some of you who are familiar with that West Coast terminalogy. But what is "normal" for March snow in Maine? The answer is 5.1 days with an average of 12.7 inches. And normal temperatures? The average high is 42 degrees with an average low of 25 degrees. But more importantly are the March snowstorms which occur frequently in March and can be significant. How do we know? Ski Klub has offered ski weeks to Sugarloaf Resort for almost 30 years and the first 15 years were at various times in March. 

2,820 vertical feet, 1,240 skiable acres (the most in the East), 12 lifts including 5 high-speed quads, 162 trails and glades, and a 20-year average annual snowfall of almost 17 feet!!! Come & experience 270 acres of new gladed terrain in Brackett Basin. Better yet, learn how to ski or snowboard, or take your skiing, or snowboarding skills to the next level because a daily ski/snowboard lesson is included in the package. Keep the bikes and other warm weather gear in the garage. Lodging: Studios + SnowBrook 1-3 Bedrooms Village Condominiums  

Allocated on the Snubber Trail with access to the Snubber Chairlift. Some units are ski in/ski out or guests can walk to the slope, or take the shuttle to the base lodge. These units offer incredible views of the mountains with the largest selections of 2 and 3 bedroom condos. With large selections of units, friends & families can enjoy units located near each other. All condos come with fully equipped kitchens including coffee maker, toaster, microwaves, ranges, & refrigerator. Some units have regular or gas fireplaces. All units have cable televisions and DVD players. Snowbrook condos have their own Pool house. All rooms are non-smoking. All condos are individually owned and NOT all units have WIFI. Check-in starts at 4pm and check-out is 11:00am. Additional charge for late check-out.

 ** Most 2 bedroom condos are 1 bedroom + loft units and most 3 bedroom condos are 2 bedrooms + loft units. Sugarloaf does NOT distinguish between the types of 2 bedroom & 3-bedroom units. Actual 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom units based on availability. Snowbrook condo units may be substituted with a comparable condo unit in another complex based on availability. Number of bathrooms varies among units. Daily group lessons are complimentary and no credit/refund given if they are cancelled or not available for any reason.**

RESERVATION/PAYMENT SCHEDULE: RESERVE NOW, LIMITED SPACES            All full payments must be received before or by February 15, 2022. Cancellation policy becomes effective once payment is received. Please also include your annual Ski Klub 2021/2022 membership fee of $15/person if this is your first trip of the season. 

Cancellation Policy: Reservations confirmed upon receipt of payment. All cancellations must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be honored. Participants may lose their space if payment is not made promptly and will incur late fees. No cancellation/refund without substitute replacement. Substitute replacements for any cancellation must be done 30 days before arrival. 

Participants cannot bring non-paying guests. No refunds for no shows or any unused portion of your package. All participants must also comply with and agree to the additional conditions and policies stated on Ski Klub's Conditions/Policies and Covid-19 policies.
