Welcome to Ski Klub's final trip to Jay Peak Resort's promotional season pass deal. It was an incredible run and our thanks to Jay Peak's currrent management team for extending this phenomenal deal for these many years. We also like to thank all members who participated and enthusiastically supported this promotion from its inception, and have continued their support on an annual basis. Seeing the many smiling faces and the expression of excitement from all of you is truely what makes us wake up in the morning to make this happen on a yearly basis. This is not a good bye, but a brief pause on our continuous adventure in search of freshies.

For the past 10+ years, Jay Peak Resort has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in capital improvements to become a year-round playground for all ages. The recent completion of the 15,000 sq. feet Clips & Reel Recreation Center housing a 142-seat cinema movie theater, state of the art Arcade center & climbing facility completes its goal as an all-year-round all-inclusive resort.  Additional resort amenities include the Pump House, its year-round indoor Waterpark; Ice Haus, its year-round indoor ice-skating arena; 18-hole Championship Golf course; 2 outdoor Athletic Fields, 16 restaurants, and of course a spectacular skiing/riding resort during the winter months. This is just not a ski/snowboard trip anymore, but a week of excitement & adventure! Ton of fun for the entire family. Please be aware some facilities may be closed or have limited capacity due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Lodging: Slopeside Condominiums - These deluxe condos are ski-in-ski out and are located right in the center of it all. Walk to the Tram, Pump House Indoor Waterpark, Ice Haus Indoor Skating Arena, restaurants, bars and retail shops, or ski right back to your door when you’re finished with it all. All units are 2 bedrooms with 1 bath - maximum occupancy is 6 people. All units have fully equipped kitchens, Internet Access, cable TV, washer and dryer. All units are non-smoking. No pets allowed. 
 
Timberline/Golf & Mountain Condominiums - These are among the newest lodging options at the resort. Each deluxe 1-2 bedroom condo can accommodate maximum 4 or 6 people per condo, and all have fully equipped kitchens, fireplace, Free Internet access, cable TV, washer and dryer. Maximum occupancy is 4 people in 1 bedroom units, and 6 people in 2 bedroom units (2 full baths). Some 2 bedroom condos can accommodate up to 8 people. All units are non-smoking. Free shuttle to base lodge is available. No pets allowed. 
 
Maximum occupancies are reserved for groups of friends/families in which 
everyone knows each other and the group has done max occupancies in condos 
in the past without any issues. You must fill your own  condo & everyone must be flexible in regards to bedding.  If you plan to have 5,6,7 or 8 people in the 2-bedroom condo, everyone in the unit has to be flexible in regards to bedding. Additional bedding is not available. 
 
PRICE:  Rates are per person based on condo type & number of people in condo. 
 
Slopeside Condos: 

2 Bedroom: $510/person (4 person condo); $470/person (5 person condo); $445/person (6 person condo) 
 
Timberline / Golf & Mountain Condominiums: 

1 Bedroom: $610/person (2 person condo); $510/person (3 person condo); $459/person (4 person condo) 
 
2 Bedroom: $505/person (4 person condo); $465/person (5 person condo); $445/person (6 person condo); $425/person (7 person condo); $413/person (8 person condo) 

**Units that can accommodate 8 people have split king in master bedroom, 2 sets of bunks in 2nd bedroom & queen pull out sofa. These units are very limited. **

**Must be present during the week to receive your season pass. You will not be 
able to pick-up your season pass at a later date. Family/friends are not allowed 
to pick-up your season pass on your behalf. 

**Everyone must check-in at the resort to receive their season pass. Season pass has NO CASH value and is given complimentary in the package. No refunds, extention or credit will be provided due to any cancellation, including Covid-19 related cancellation. The above policy applies after receiving the season pass and it's not used.**

RESERVATION/PAYMENT SCHEDULE: RESERVE NOW, LIMITED SPACES 
All full payments must be received before or by October 4, 2022. Cancellation policy becomes effective once payment is received. Please also include your annual Ski Klub 2021/2022 membership fee of $15 if this is your first trip of the season. 
 
Cancellation Policy: Reservations confirmed upon receipt of payment. All cancellations must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be honored. Participants may lose their space if payment is not made promptly and will incur late fees. No cancellation/refund without substitute replacement. Substitute replacements for any cancellation must be done 30 days before arrival. Participants cannot bring non-paying guests. No refunds/credit for no shows or any unused portion of your package. All participants must also comply with and agree to the additional conditions and policies stated on Ski Klub's Conditions/Policies and Covid-19 policies. Please review all CONDITIONS &
